Updating a Salesperson

You can update the details of a salesperson in the Salesperson master file, and you can delete salespeople you no longer require.

You can also make a salesperson inactive using the Salesperson is Inactive field on the Sales Person details tab.

  1. Open the Salesperson File Update screen for the salesperson you want to update or delete.

Refer to "Opening the Salesperson Master File".

  1. Optionally, recall a salesperson by selecting FILE | FIND.
  1. Update the salesperson details on the following tabs as required:
  1. Select FILE | SAVE to save your changes.
  1. To delete the salesperson displayed, select FILE | DELETE.
